Terms of Service
These are the rules of playing on ic7 game — who may register, how deposits and withdrawals work, exactly what the ₹10,000 welcome bonus requires of you, and what will get an account closed. Read them before you deposit, not after something goes wrong.
1. Acceptance Of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form the agreement between you and ic7 game ("ic7 game", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website at https://joinic7.site, the ic7 game Android application, and every game, wallet function, bonus and support channel accessible through them.
By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a stake, or simply continuing to browse this site, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If any part of them is unacceptable to you, the remedy is to stop using the service. There is no partial acceptance: you cannot take the bonus and reject the wagering rules attached to it.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we do with your personal data and is incorporated into this agreement by reference.
Please note: this is a general set of terms written for an India-facing gaming platform. It is published for transparency and does not constitute legal advice. The operator's own terms and conditions, which are presented to you at the point of registration on the gaming platform itself, also apply to your account, and where they set out the specific figures for a live offer, those figures govern.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
To open and hold an ic7 game account you must be at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of anybody else, and be located outside the restricted territories listed in section 3.
Age is not a formality we tick off at registration and then forget. We may request documentary proof of age at any point — at sign-up, mid-session, when a pattern looks unusual, and in every case at the point of your first withdrawal. Acceptable proof is a government-issued photo ID bearing your date of birth. If we ask and you cannot or will not provide it, we will suspend the account until you do.
If an account is found to belong to a person under 18, the consequences are immediate and not negotiable:
- The account is closed permanently.
- All play on it is void, including winning play. Stakes may be voided and any winnings forfeited — a minor cannot lawfully profit from gambling and we will not facilitate it.
- Deposits, where they can be traced, are returned to the original payment source rather than paid out as a balance.
- Personal data is deleted beyond what we are legally required to retain, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are also responsible for keeping minors away from your own account. If a child in your household knows your password or can unlock your phone, the account is not secure, and play conducted on it will be treated as your play.
Strictly 18+ — no exceptions
ic7 game is an adults-only real-money gaming service. Registering while under 18, or allowing a person under 18 to use your account, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure and the voiding of all play. Enable parental controls on any shared device and never leave the app logged in on a phone a minor can reach.
3. Restricted Territories
ic7 game is not available to residents of, or to any person physically located in, the following six Indian states. The gaming laws of these states do not permit our service, and we do not attempt to work around them.
- Andhra Pradesh
- Assam
- Odisha
- Telangana
- Nagaland
- Sikkim
If you reside in, or are present in, any of these six states, you may not register an account, deposit money, place a stake or claim a bonus on ic7 game. This applies whether you live there permanently, are visiting, or happen to be passing through on the day you open the app.
We geo-block. Connections are checked against approximate location derived from IP address and, where available, other network signals. Registration and gameplay from a restricted state will be refused. This check runs continuously, not only at sign-up, and it is one of the reasons we collect the location data described in our Privacy Policy.
Circumventing the geo-block is a material breach of these Terms. Using a VPN, a proxy, a location-spoofing app, a modified device, or any other technique to disguise where you are connecting from, in order to access ic7 game from a restricted state, is treated as deliberate deception. Where we detect it, we may:
- Suspend the account immediately and without notice;
- Void all bonuses and all play conducted from the restricted location;
- Refuse any pending withdrawal;
- Close the account permanently and forfeit the balance — including winnings.
State law is your own responsibility. India's gaming laws are set at state level and they change. The list above reflects our current restrictions, but it is not legal advice and it is not a warranty that online gaming is lawful for you where you are. Before you deposit, satisfy yourself that participating is permitted under the law of the state you are actually in. If you are unsure, do not play, and take proper legal advice. We are not able to advise you on the law of your state and we will not attempt to.
A VPN will not protect you — it will cost you
Players sometimes assume that a VPN gets them past the block and that nothing more happens. It does not work that way. The geo-check is not the only signal we hold: payment instruments, KYC documents and device data all point at where a player really is, and they surface at the worst possible moment — the withdrawal. An account caught circumventing the block after building a balance loses that balance. Do not do it.
4. Account Registration & Security
One account per person. One person, one account, one mobile number, one set of payment instruments, one device household. Duplicate accounts — whether opened to claim a second welcome bonus, to evade a limit, to evade a self-exclusion, or to collude at a card table — are prohibited. Where we identify duplicates, we reserve the right to close all but one, void bonuses claimed on the duplicates, and recover any amounts paid out on them.
Your details must be accurate. The name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details you give us must be true, current and yours. An account registered with false details is not a valid account, and the point at which that becomes a problem is always the withdrawal — because that is where the details are checked.
The withdrawal account name must match the registered account holder. If your ic7 game profile says one name and the bank or UPI handle you are withdrawing to says another, the payout will be held. This is not bureaucracy for its own sake: it is the control that stops a stranger who has compromised your account from routing your balance into their own. There is no way around it, and support cannot override it.
You are responsible for your credentials. Keep your password unique to ic7 game and keep your registered phone number under your control. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is treated as your activity, and stakes placed cannot be reversed because someone else placed them.
Never share your OTP. Our support team will never ask you for an OTP or a password — not to verify you, not to "unlock a bonus", not to speed up a withdrawal, not ever. Anyone who asks is attempting to steal from you, regardless of what they claim their role is.
Report unauthorised access immediately. If you believe someone else has got into your account, contact @ravihere0 at once. We can freeze the account and block payouts while we investigate — but only if we know. The longer the delay, the less we can do.
5. Deposits, Withdrawals & KYC
All balances are held and all transactions are conducted in Indian Rupees (₹). The table below sets out the methods we support, the minimums that apply, and realistic processing times. These are the figures we work to; the live limits shown in the app at the moment you transact prevail if they differ.
| Method | Min. deposit | Min. withdrawal | Deposit speed | Withdrawal speed | Fee |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| UPI | ₹100 | ₹200 | Instant | 5–30 min | Free |
| Paytm | ₹100 | ₹200 | Instant | 5–30 min | Free |
| Net Banking | ₹300 | ₹500 | Instant | 2–24 hrs | Free |
| IMPS / Bank Transfer | — | ₹500 | — | 30 min – 4 hrs | Free |
KYC verification
Your first withdrawal triggers a one-time KYC check. You will be asked for a government-issued photo ID and a bank account or UPI handle registered in the same name. It is a single exercise: once you are verified, later withdrawals go straight through without repeating it, unless something material about the account changes.
KYC is not a delaying tactic and it is not optional. It is a legal requirement of the payment rails we use, and it is the control that keeps somebody who has got hold of your phone from draining your balance into an account you have never seen. Complete it properly the first time — a clear, uncropped, well-lit photo of the document, with the name matching your profile exactly — and it will take minutes.
What delays a payout
Almost every stuck withdrawal comes down to one of three things:
- Incomplete or failed KYC. A blurred document, a cropped edge, an expired ID, or a submission that was never finished.
- Name mismatch. The name on the destination bank or UPI account does not match the registered account holder. Nicknames, initials, and a spouse's or parent's account all trip this.
- Unmet wagering. There are active bonus funds on the account whose wagering requirement has not yet been cleared. See section 6.
Fix those and payouts move quickly. If your withdrawal is delayed for any other reason, message @ravihere0 and we will chase it personally rather than leaving you to wonder.
No third-party payments
You may only deposit from, and withdraw to, payment instruments held in your own name. Depositing with a friend's card, a relative's UPI ID or an employer's account is prohibited, as is withdrawing to any account that is not yours. Third-party payments are one of the clearest signals of money laundering and account takeover, and we treat them as such: the transaction will be blocked, the account may be suspended, and funds may be returned to source rather than paid out.
We also reserve the right to apply reasonable transaction limits, to request additional source of funds information where a pattern requires it, and to refuse a deposit or a withdrawal where doing otherwise would breach our legal obligations.
6. Bonus Terms
This is the section players skip and then argue about. Please do not skip it. Everything about how the ₹10,000 welcome package behaves is set out here, in plain language, and none of it is a surprise if you read it before you deposit.
The welcome package is a package, not a lump sum
The up-to-₹10,000 welcome offer is spread across your first deposits. It is not a single ₹10,000 credit handed over on registration, and it is not a payment that anybody receives simply for signing up. Each qualifying deposit in the sequence unlocks a matching tier of the package, so value arrives at every step instead of requiring one enormous first deposit to reach the headline number. The figure of ₹10,000 is the maximum total across the whole package.
Bonus funds sit in a separate wallet
Your account holds two balances: cash, which is your own money and is withdrawable, and bonus, which is promotional credit and is not. The app shows them separately at all times, and it does so deliberately — blurring the two is how other platforms create the impression of a balance you cannot actually take out. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn, transferred or cashed out while they remain bonus funds.
Wagering requirement
Before bonus funds convert into withdrawable cash, they must be played through a set number of times. That multiple is the wagering requirement, and it is displayed on the offer screen at the moment you deposit and tracked as a live progress bar in the bonus centre afterwards. Until the requirement is met, the bonus and anything won from it stay in the bonus wallet.
Not every game contributes to wagering at the same rate. Low-house-edge games contribute least, because otherwise a player could clear a requirement almost risk-free by betting both sides of an even-money table. The rates are, indicatively:
| Game category | Contribution to wagering |
|---|---|
| Slots | 100% |
| Sports-themed games | 100% |
| Fishing arcades | 50% |
| Lottery & Bingo | 50% |
| Crash & Instant games | 20% |
| Live Casino | 10% |
| Card Games | 10% |
These figures are indicative. Contribution rates, match percentages, wagering multipliers, qualifying minimums and validity periods are set by the operator and can change from one campaign to the next. The live figures shown on the offer screen at the time you make your deposit are the ones that apply to your bonus, and they prevail over anything on this page. Check them before you confirm the deposit, not afterwards.
Bonus abuse
A bonus is an incentive to play, not a puzzle to be solved. Attempting to extract bonus value without taking the risk the bonus is designed to fund is bonus abuse, and it voids the bonus and everything won from it. That includes, without limitation:
- Multiple accounts — opening more than one account, or coordinating with others opening accounts, to claim the welcome offer more than once.
- Matched-betting patterns — placing offsetting bets across accounts, tables or platforms so that the outcome is effectively guaranteed.
- Low-risk hedging — covering both sides of an even-money proposition, or betting the great majority of a table's outcomes, in order to churn through a wagering requirement with minimal exposure.
- Stake manipulation — placing outsized bets to clear wagering in a handful of rounds, or exploiting a bet structure the offer was not designed for.
- Collusion between accounts to move bonus value from one to another.
Where we identify bonus abuse, we may void the bonus, void winnings derived from it, recover amounts already paid out, and close the account. Your own deposited cash is not confiscated for a first bonus-abuse finding; the bonus and its proceeds are.
Offers can change
The operator may amend, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, including this one. Bonuses already credited to your account and already in the middle of their wagering period will not be retrospectively cancelled by a change to the public offer — but a change does affect what is available to claim next.
"Up to ₹10,000, terms apply" — never a guarantee
₹10,000 is a ceiling, not a promise, and no bonus of any size is a guarantee of winning anything. A wagering requirement means real money is staked on games where the house has an edge, and the likely outcome of any gambling session is a loss. A bonus makes play last longer; it does not make it profitable. Never deposit money you cannot comfortably afford to lose, and never treat a promotion as an income opportunity.
7. Game Rules & Fair Play
We do not determine game outcomes. Every result on the platform comes either from a certified random number generator operated by the licensed game studio that built the title, or, in live casino, from real physical equipment — a real wheel, real cards, a real dealer — filmed in a studio. ic7 game does not run those RNGs, cannot see their internal state, and cannot influence a result in favour of the house or against a particular player. Nobody at ic7 game can make you lose a spin, and nobody can make you win one.
Published RTP is a theoretical long-run figure. Where we show an RTP — say 96.5% — that is the return the game is designed to produce averaged over an enormous number of rounds, typically millions. It is a property of the mathematics, not a forecast of your session. A 96.5% RTP does not mean you will get ₹96.50 back from ₹100. Over an evening, results scatter widely in both directions, and the most common outcome of a gambling session is losing what you staked. Treat RTP as a way of comparing games, not as a prediction.
Malfunction voids all plays and pays. If a game, a server or a network connection fails in a way that produces an incorrect result, an incorrectly credited win, a duplicated round, or a stake that was accepted twice, the affected round is void. Stakes on a void round are returned; credits arising from the malfunction are reversed. This applies symmetrically — a malfunction that would have cost you money is corrected in your favour too. Where a dispute arises about what happened in a round, the game studio's server logs are the definitive record, not the display on your device.
The following are prohibited and will result in action against the account:
- Collusion at card or live tables — cooperating with other players, sharing hole-card information, or coordinating stakes to gain an advantage over other participants.
- Bots and automation — using scripts, macros, auto-clickers or any software that plays on your behalf or reacts faster than a human can.
- Exploiting a game bug — knowingly continuing to play a title that is behaving incorrectly, in order to extract value from the fault, rather than reporting it. Report it and we will thank you; exploit it and the proceeds will be reversed.
- Reverse-engineering, intercepting or tampering with game clients, network traffic or the app package.
8. Prohibited Conduct
In addition to the fair-play rules above, the following conduct is prohibited anywhere on the platform or in our community channels:
- Multiple accounts. Opening, operating or benefiting from more than one account, whether under your own details or someone else's.
- Geo-circumvention. Using a VPN, proxy, spoofing tool or any other means to disguise your location and access the platform from a restricted state. See section 3.
- Chargebacks. Disputing a legitimate deposit with your bank or card issuer instead of raising it with us. A chargeback on a deposit you actually made and played is treated as an attempt to gamble at no risk, and will result in permanent closure and recovery of the amount.
- Money laundering. Depositing funds derived from crime, using the platform to move value rather than to play, or depositing and immediately withdrawing without meaningful play in order to launder the funds' origin.
- Automated play. Bots, scripts, emulators configured to farm the platform, and any other non-human play.
- Harassment. Abusing, threatening or harassing our staff, our support team, or other players — in game chat, in the Telegram community, or anywhere else. Support agents are people. Being frustrated about a payout is understandable; abusing the person trying to fix it is not, and it will get you removed.
- Using someone else's payment method. Depositing with a card, wallet or bank account that is not yours, with or without the owner's permission.
- Circumventing a self-exclusion — your own, or helping another player circumvent theirs.
9. Responsible Gaming
Gaming is entertainment, not income. It is a way to spend an evening, in the same category as a cinema ticket or a meal out — money you have decided to spend on enjoying yourself, and expect not to see again. The moment it starts to look like a plan for paying a bill, it has stopped being entertainment and started being a problem.
The tools below are built into the platform and we would rather you used them than not:
- Deposit limits. Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can put in. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately. Raising one takes 24 hours by design — so the decision to increase your exposure is never made in the middle of a losing session, when it is the last decision you should be making.
- Session reminders. A periodic on-screen prompt telling you how long you have been playing. Long sessions dull judgement precisely when judgement matters.
- Self-exclusion. Block yourself from the platform for a fixed period or permanently. Once a self-exclusion is active, we will not lift it early, however persuasively you ask — that refusal is the entire point of the tool. Self-exclusion records are retained for exactly this reason, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Some rules that are worth more than any tool we can build:
- Never chase losses. Raising your stake to win back what you have dropped is the single most reliable way to lose more. The game does not remember the last round and it does not owe you anything.
- Never play with borrowed money. If a deposit would come from a loan, a credit card, or someone else's account, that is not a signal to be careful — it is a signal to stop.
- Never play to escape stress, grief, boredom or debt. It is a poor anaesthetic and an expensive one.
- Decide your budget before you open the app, not after the first loss.
Account closure. If you want your account closed, message @ravihere0 and ask. We will action it. We will not put you through a retention script, we will not offer you a bonus to stay, and we will not make you ask three times. Any legitimate cash balance is returned to you first. If gaming is causing you harm, please also seek support from a qualified professional service — that is beyond what a gaming platform can offer, and it matters more than anything we can do.
10. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or permanently close an account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:
- The account holder is under 18, or is located in a restricted state;
- Registration details are false, or the account is being operated by someone other than the registered holder;
- Multiple accounts are being run by the same person;
- Bonus abuse, collusion, bot play or the exploitation of a game fault has occurred;
- Payment fraud, chargeback abuse, third-party payments or money laundering are involved;
- The geo-block has been circumvented;
- Our staff or other players are being harassed;
- We are required to do so by law or by a regulator.
What happens to the balance depends on what was found. Legitimate funds are returned after review — if your own deposited cash and winnings from ordinary play are on the account, and the issue is unrelated to how they were won, you get them back, less any amounts we are legally required to withhold. Funds derived from a breach may be forfeited — winnings from bonus abuse, collusion, bot play, exploiting a bug, or play from a restricted state are not legitimate funds and will not be paid out.
Appeal route. If your account has been suspended and you believe the decision is wrong, you may appeal. Message @ravihere0, state that you are appealing an account decision, and set out what you believe happened. A person who was not involved in the original decision will review it, look at the evidence, and give you a reasoned answer. We will tell you what we found, not simply that the decision stands.
You may close your own account at any time, for any reason or none. See section 9.
11. Intellectual Property
The ic7 game name, logo, brand, website design, page copy, graphics, layout, iconography and compiled application are ours or are licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, frame, mirror or redistribute any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission. You may of course share links to our pages — that is what they are for.
Game content belongs to the studios. The games on this platform, together with their names, artwork, characters, sound, mechanics and underlying software, are the intellectual property of the studios that created them and are made available to you under licence. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership in them to you. Your right is a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable right to play them through ic7 game for your own entertainment — nothing more.
Any feedback, suggestions or bug reports you send us may be used freely to improve the service without obligation or compensation.
12. Disclaimers & Limitation Of Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep the platform fast, correct and online, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available. Servers fail, networks drop, studios take games offline for maintenance, payment rails go down, and app builds contain bugs. We fix them as fast as we can find them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for your gambling losses. Losing money is a normal and expected outcome of gambling. It is not a fault in the service and it is not a loss we compensate.
- We are not liable for network or device failures outside our control — your connection dropping mid-round, your phone dying, your carrier failing to deliver an OTP, or your bank's servers being down.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost opportunity, lost data, or loss arising from a bet you would have placed but could not.
- Where we are found liable notwithstanding the above, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount held in your account at the time the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. If any provision of this section is held unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ic7 game, its operator, its officers, employees, contractors and licensors against any claim, demand, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with:
- Your breach of these Terms;
- Your use of the platform in a way these Terms prohibit — including play from a restricted state, use of another person's payment method, or account access by a minor;
- Your violation of any applicable law, including the gaming law of the state in which you are actually located;
- Your infringement of the rights of any third party, including a payment-instrument holder whose method you used without authority.
This obligation survives the closure of your account.
14. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
If something has gone wrong — a payout has not arrived, a bonus has not credited, a round resolved in a way you do not understand, or a decision has been taken about your account that you think is unfair — raise it with us first. Message @ravihere0 on Telegram, or use the form at contact.html.
Give us the account mobile number, the date and approximate time, the amount, and the transaction or game reference if you have it. A complaint with those four things attached gets resolved far faster than one without.
Our commitments on timing:
- Acknowledgement within 24 hours. You will hear from a person, not a bot, confirming we have your complaint and what we are doing with it.
- Resolution within 14 days where possible. Most issues are settled in hours. Where a complaint requires a payment processor, a bank or a game studio to investigate on their side, it can take longer — and where it does, we will tell you it is taking longer and why, rather than going quiet.
- Escalation. If you are not satisfied with the first answer, say so and ask for the matter to be escalated. It will be reviewed by someone who was not involved in the original decision, and you will be given a reasoned final response.
We would always rather resolve a dispute directly than have it end up anywhere else. Nothing in this section removes any right you may have to pursue a remedy available to you under law.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
India regulates gaming principally at state level, and the position differs materially from one state to another — which is why the six restricted states in section 3 exist. It is your own responsibility to satisfy yourself that participating in online real-money gaming is lawful in the state in which you are located, and to comply with that law. Our accepting your registration is not a representation that it is lawful for you, and we cannot give you legal advice on the point. If you are in any doubt, do not play until you have taken advice from someone qualified to give it.
You are also responsible for any tax consequences of your winnings under applicable Indian law.
16. Changes To These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time — because regulation changes, because a payment method is added or withdrawn, because an offer structure moves, or simply because a clause turned out to be unclear. When we do, the revised version is posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date at the top, so you can see whether anything has changed since you last read it.
Continued use of ic7 game after a revision is acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a change, stop using the service, withdraw any legitimate balance and ask us to close your account.
Where a change materially affects your rights — the wagering structure of a bonus already credited to you, the way balances are handled, or the complaints process — we will bring it to your attention in the app rather than relying on you to notice this page has moved.
17. Contact
Telegram is our only support channel and it is staffed 24 hours a day. There is no ticket queue and no bot loop; you get a person, usually within five minutes.
- Support: https://t.me/ravihere0 — payouts, KYC, bonus questions, complaints, account closure, anything urgent.
- Community: https://t.me/yn_games — announcements and general discussion. It is a public group, so never post personal data, screenshots of your KYC or your transaction references there.
- Message form: contact.html.
For data and privacy matters specifically, see our Privacy Policy, which sets out your rights and how to exercise them.
Before you deposit
ic7 game is strictly 18+ and is not available to players located in Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland or Sikkim. Gaming involves financial risk and can be addictive. No bonus, strategy or game guarantees a win, and the likely outcome of any session is a loss. Play only with money you can afford to lose.
