Withdrawal still pending?

Check two things. First, that your KYC is complete — your first withdrawal always triggers a one-time identity check, and an incomplete or rejected document holds the payout indefinitely. Second, that the name on your bank account or UPI handle matches the name on your ic7 game profile exactly.
