Why Android shows that warning at all
It is worth being honest about this, because the wording sounds alarming and it is designed to. Android shows the "unknown sources" prompt for any app installed from outside the Play Store — a company's own internal app, a beta build from a developer, a game from an alternative store, or the ic7 game APK. It is not a virus alert. Android has not scanned the file and concluded anything bad about it. How updates work
